Commercial Landscape Crew Member (CDL License Required)

Job Summary
Operate commercial vehicles and landscape equipment to transport materials and support installation, maintenance, and nursery operations. Load/unload materials, perform daily vehicle inspections with DOT documentation, and execute landscape tasks (planting, pruning, irrigation, mulch, sod). Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and debris removal; meet daily production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards. Requires CDL Class A, clean driving record, 3+ years of experience operating heavy equipment and trucks, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and outdoor work in Florida. Pre-employment drug screening and background checks required; eligible to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Florida CDL Class A Driver's License
- Clean driving record
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating commercial vehicles, trailers, or heavy equipment
- Landscape, nursery, construction, or related outdoor industry experience preferred
- Ability to safely operate landscape equipment and tools
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and any required background checks
- Authorized to work in the United States
