Job Summary
Lead and expand the Land Development practice in Las Vegas by building, growing, and developing a top-tier team while winning and delivering exceptional work. Establish and achieve measurable goals through strategic business plans, then manage projects profitably by writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgets. Mentor staff, direct resources effectively, and maintain robust relationships with key clients including local architects, developers, attorneys, and land owners. Uphold the highest standards of integrity and sound business principles with transparent communication across partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience managing land development projects
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
- Extensive client contacts and relationships with local architects, developers, land use attorneys, planners and/or land owners
- Strong technical skills with AutoCAD Civil3D
- Business development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work
- Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to manage land development projects profitably
