Job Summary
Provide service and repair for commercial cooking, refrigeration, ware-washing and related equipment. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC/R and kitchen equipment; read diagrams/schematics; install ordered parts; communicate with manufacturers; collaborate with Technical Assistance Group; maintain service vehicle, inventory, and administrative records; participate in on-call rotation and potential overnight travel.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of technical experience with refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, or relevant military service
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
