Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial kitchen equipment service experience
- Strong knowledge of gas systems, electrical diagnostics, and refrigeration cycles
- EPA Universal Certification or Type II ( required)
- Advanced troubleshooting skills across mechanical systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in high-heat or refrigerated environments
