Job Summary
Drive to job sites to install new equipment, respond to service requests, and troubleshoot commercial kitchen machinery. Repair equipment on-site while completing work documents via tablet for customer approval. Order necessary parts, maintain the company vehicle, and contact manufacturers or customer service for warranty claims. Submit paperwork to the office for billing processing. Manage service callouts efficiently with minimal supervision, adapting to a changing schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- High school or equivalent
- Clear driving history
- Detailed oriented
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work with minimal or no supervision
- Set and prioritize responsibilities
- Willing to be challenged on a daily basis
- Handle a variety of work assignments
- Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- General knowledge of Commercial Kitchen Equipment
- Electrical, mechanical, and maintenance experience or training

- EPA Universal Certification
- CFESA Cortication
