Job Summary
Repair and install all plumbing-related equipment, including new construction systems for sewer, domestic water, fuel gas, and storm drains. Service and maintain grease traps, oil/gas separators, and respond to tenant repair requests for toilets, drains, and sewer lines using motorized equipment. Submit plumber's reports for all completed work and maintain accurate records for assigned areas. Respond to emergencies at any time while ensuring safe working conditions in all controlled areas.
Required Qualifications
- State issued Journeyman's license
- Five or more years' experience, at a Journeyman level, working plumbing trade in commercial and industrial environment
- Proven in-depth knowledge of related building codes, regulations and ordinances
- Proven ability to effectively read, interpret and work from plans and drawings
- Strong interpersonal & customer service skills
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Meet the MVR requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Backflow Prevention Certification
