Commercial Journeyman Electrician

Lead assigned electrical jobs from mobilization through completion by planning daily work, coordinating labor and materials, and adjusting installation approaches based on field conditions. Inspect completed work before site departure to verify code compliance, correct issues in real time with helpers and apprentices, and minimize callbacks through disciplined self-checks. Maintain safety standards by enforcing proper PPE, lockout/tagout, and hazard awareness while stopping unsafe behavior immediately. Provide timely updates to leadership on progress, delays, and resource needs, ensuring accurate work orders and job notes support billing and scheduling decisions. Develop apprentices toward independence while holding the crew accountable for attendance, quality, and conduct.
