Job Summary
Manage a territory of approximately 90 professional clients across cafés, hotels, and restaurants in the Metz area, driving new client acquisition while retaining existing accounts. Cultivate close relationships to propose business solutions including products, equipment, and services, acting as the primary link between clients and sales floor colleagues. Ensure revenue targets are met and continuously challenge sales growth within your zone. The role requires experience in off-premise catering, strong organizational skills, and digital proficiency. Compensation includes a fixed salary, variable bonus, and 13th-month pay, supported by a company car, fuel card, and tablet.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the off-premise catering sector
- Mastery of the Office suite
- Comfort with the digital domain
- Territory around Metz
- Responsibility for a sector (approx. 90 professional clients from cafes, hotels, restaurants)
- Ability to acquire new clients while retaining the portfolio
