Commercial Investments Associate

Associate, commercial real estate investments needed to evaluate opportunities nationwide. Responsibilities include investment screening and underwriting of acquisitions and development opportunities, due diligence and market research, development support, and strategic advisory to senior management. Prepare financial models and scenario analyses in Argus and Excel to project cash flows and investment returns; build and manage financial models for investment management, performance tracking, and financing; develop waterfalls to determine profit distributions; participate in strategic initiatives and prepare packages for Investment Committee and lenders; review third-party analyses; monitor income-producing properties and assist leasing with financial analysis on large transactions; perform in-depth industry and market research; develop strong industry relationships; support asset management, budgeting, and proforma updates; update Argus and Excel models; ad-hoc reporting. Strong analytical skills, ability to navigate complex real estate transactions in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment; proficient in Excel and Argus; bilingual English-French is a plus; MBA/CFA noted as assets but not required.
