Job Summary
Lead the Paid Social Marketing team within Commercial & Investment Banking Marketing, overseeing strategy from concept to completion across global markets; manage end-to-end paid social campaigns (with LinkedIn as a primary channel), drive data-driven measurement and test-and-learn initiatives, oversee budgets and billing, and lead a three-person team of associate/VP-level employees to support Global Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, and Global Investment Banking initiatives; collaborate with internal and external partners (LinkedIn, Sprinklr, and internal social teams) and ensure regulatory/compliance alignment while delivering measurable results.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 8+ years in a digital media role in B2B for large companies with multiple brands and/or lines of business
- Experience managing high-functioning teams
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and its capabilities/tools
- Experience managing social media marketing programs
- Experience buying and managing paid social media campaigns
- Ability to influence, use sound judgment, make informed decisions/recommendations, and earn trust from multiple stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, including time management, organization, planning, and follow-up
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as social media analytics (understanding measurement, benchmarks, and campaign reporting)
- Enthusiastic team player who can work closely with senior stakeholders across several departments, including banking, research, compliance, legal, technology, communications, marketing, and risk
