Job Summary
Lead and contribute to the Advanced Treasury Analytics team in London, mentoring junior members while shaping analytics tools and processes for modernized treasury management. Drive cross-functional collaboration with Markets, Banking, Payments, and Securities Services; analyze market trends and regulatory changes; provide actionable insights to senior management; leverage Python and cloud platforms (Databricks, Snowflake) to build and optimize treasury analytics capabilities; support professional development and growth within a global organization.
Required Qualifications
- Few years’ of experience with a strong quantitative background in banking or financial services
- Solid product knowledge across Markets, with interest in expanding across new business lines
- Experience in treasury analytics or similar roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in financial markets and instruments
- Effective communicator and collaborator across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Mentoring and developing junior talent
- Knowledgeable about regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Proficient in Python programming
- Familiar with cloud-based platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake
- Advanced degree such as an MSc in Mathematical Finance, Financial Engineering, or related field
