Job Summary
Partner with Trading, Structuring, DCM, Syndicate, and Research to support comprehensive client coverage across credit products in both liquid and illiquid markets. Develop understanding of key market drivers while assisting with trade execution workflows to ensure timely delivery for institutional investors across Australia and New Zealand. Support preparation for client interactions by pitching trade ideas, drafting market updates, and coordinating follow-ups, while maintaining client and pipeline management routines. Identify prospect opportunities through research and outreach, ensuring compliance with the firm's risk framework and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with Digital Sales and Pricing partners on targeted campaigns and product updates.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in credit sales, markets, trading support, or a closely related field
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or other related discipline
- Strong understanding of credit products, such as Loans, Corporate Bonds, RMBS/ABS, CDS, credit indices, and repo
- Ability to interpret market drivers and communicate implications clearly
- Strong curiosity and willingness to broaden product knowledge over time
- Detail-oriented with disciplined process execution and strong quality control mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
