Job Summary
Executive Director role within JPMorgan Chase's Commercial & Investment Bank controls function. Responsible for partnering with Payments product management teams, delivering on business strategy, and engaging in Payments-wide projects globally. Key duties include fostering a proactive risk and control culture, supporting strategic and tactical initiatives, facilitating business development across markets and new products/deals, building influential relationships with LOBs and business partners, supporting product heads on business issues, utilizing metrics to identify insights and critical components, and managing governance forums as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership: Experience managing, inspiring, and motivating teams, providing vision, creativity, presence, and credibility.
- 10+ years of experience in Finance, Control Management, or Risk.
- Effective Communicator: Ability to analyze problems, communicate effectively and confidently (oral and written), work well in cross-functional teams, and resolve issues.
