Job Summary
Partner with senior leaders to define objectives, translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, and deliver measurable outcomes across AI for Operations initiatives. Lead or support transformation efforts including process re-engineering, digitization, and AI/automation use cases from problem framing through benefits realization. Own headcount and expense forecasting, manage allocations and activity-based costing, and develop investment-grade business cases with rigorous financial models. Build operational metrics frameworks, design executive dashboards, and analyze complex data sets to identify performance trends and root causes. Prepare materials for senior forums and coordinate cross-functional decisioning while managing business hygiene and governance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Extensive experience in financial services or adjacent industries in roles such as business management, operations/product management, strategy/consulting or transformation
- Demonstrated experience leading operations product or transformation efforts (e.g. process redesign, digitization, analytics/AI enablement) with measurable outcomes
- Proven ability to craft investment-grade business cases and executive-ready materials, strong financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, allocations and cost modeling
- Advanced data literacy, including ability to structure analysis, interpret complex data and translate insights into decisions, comfort partnering with data & analytics teams
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—able to distill complexity into compelling narratives for senior audiences
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across multiple levels and functions as well as ability to influence without direct authority
- Highly organized, self-motivated and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
