Job Summary
Associate on the Commercial & Investment Bank Strategy team, responsible for supporting mission-critical projects such as assessing growth opportunities (geographic, industry, product), developing strategic roadmaps, refining client segmentation and coverage models, understanding trends and emerging entrants, assessing operating models and redesign/automation, and supporting CEO-level executive communications. Projects are typically team-based with collaboration across the Commercial & Investment Banking Operating Committee and senior executives. Responsibilities include applying structured problem-solving and design thinking to address top priorities, developing innovative solutions to transform the business model and product offering, and supporting multiple project work streams. Requires 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting or internal corporate strategy, strong analytical toolkit, and excellent client management and executive communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with a premier strategy consulting firm or an internal strategy consulting / corporate strategy team
- Demonstrated experience with consulting toolkit / broad range of analytical tools and problem-solving approaches
- Strong client management and executive-level communication skills
- Track record of demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
