Job Summary
Analyse financial and operational information to support commercial decision-making across a diverse portfolio of investments and businesses. Prepare business cases, reports, and commercial recommendations while supporting financial modelling and strategic projects. Coordinate projects across multiple stakeholders, research industry trends and investment opportunities, and assist with commercial due diligence for acquisitions. Liaise with government agencies and external advisor firms, handling highly confidential commercial, financial, and legal information with discretion. Identify risks and opportunities while providing administrative support to existing portfolio businesses. This role offers early-career professionals direct exposure to strategy, governance, and commercial problem-solving under an experienced Commercial Lawyer and Director.
