Job Summary
We are looking for a Commercial Insurance Sales Specialist to assist independent insurance agencies in growing their commercial business. Responsibilities include providing in-person commercial coaching, reviewing pipelines to increase bind ratios, supporting complex submissions, guiding carrier and coverage strategies, assisting with negotiations and renewals, delivering training sessions, and collaborating with teams. Required qualifications include an active Property and Casualty License, experience in Commercial Lines, coverage and market knowledge, and the ability to travel locally. Preferred candidates should have coaching or mentoring experience and familiarity with the wholesale or E&S markets. Full benefits package available.
