Job Summary
NavSav is seeking a motivated Commercial Insurance Sales Producer to establish and develop relationships with business owners through marketing, cold calls, and referrals. Responsibilities include collaborating with a Commercial Lines Account Manager to create and issue new business policies, conducting needs analysis for clients, and ensuring timely responses to insurance inquiries. The ideal candidate will possess a Property and Casualty insurance license, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting sales quotas. This position offers uncapped commission opportunities and a competitive base salary.
Required Qualifications
- Property and Casualty insurance license required

- Pass background check
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Good operational computing skill/typing 45+ WPM (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Browsers)
- Confident self-starter who works well independently
