Job Summary
Commercial Insurance Sales Producer role in Boulder, CO. Responsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline of new business, sourcing referrals, and cross-selling P&C lines. Partners with the service team to retain existing business, conducts coverage and exposure reviews, analyzes client needs, discusses renewal options with carriers and marketing, and delivers excellent service to an assigned book of business. Requires consultative selling, ability to cold call for appointments, and a Property/Casualty license. Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent; College Degree Preferred. Minimum 2+ years P&C sales experience.
