Job Summary
Commercial Insurance Sales Executive position based in Minnesota with Arrowhead Automotive (Brown & Brown Insurance). You will build and mine your own client portfolio through outside B2B sales in the automotive industry, targeting dealerships, automotive repair, and related services. The role includes training provided and mentorship from the Regional Vice President to help you create and execute sales plans. Expect a meritocratic culture emphasizing self-starters, drive and tenacity, and a compensation package estimated at $100k-$150k in the first year (base plus commissions) along with comprehensive benefits, retirement plans (401(k), ESPP), and time off. Required Qualifications
- Three to five years of successful outside sales experience
