Job Summary
Schedule on-site surveys and provide risk control reports to insurance industry clients containing information necessary to underwrite commercial policies. Manage accepted assignments, secure customer appointments within a local territory, and complete work assignments on time. Evaluate commercial operations including retail, restaurants, hotels, and construction sites for hazards to mitigate risks for underwriting processes. Most surveys focus on Property and General Liability coverage, with additional services for Workers Compensation, Auto/Fleet, and Builders Risk. Work from your own home or office while servicing locations within approximately 45 miles of Sevierville, TN.

- Must be able to service onsite survey/inspection assignments in the Sevierville, TN area
- Must be able to service other locations within approximately 45 miles of Sevierville

- Must be able to manage assignments you accept
- Must be able to successfully secure customer appointments within a local territory
- Must be able to complete work assignments on time
- Must be able to identify hazards and improve safety
- Must be able to mitigate risks for our insurance company clients
- Must provide a Digital camera or tablet

- Must provide a Reliable vehicle
- Must provide a Measuring device such as a laser, 100 ft. tape, or measuring wheel
- Must provide Auto and General Liability Insurance
