Commercial Insurance Advisor

As a Commercial Insurance Advisor, you will promote and educate clients on insurance products, take ownership of client relationships, and help grow Westland’s presence in the local community. You’ll deliver superior client service, uncover business challenges, provide recommendations based on underwriting principles, and work toward sales targets. The role requires 2-5 years of commercial insurance experience and a broker license Level 2 or progress toward CAIB/CIP, with financial support for approved trainings and development. The position includes a competitive compensation package with base salary in the $50k–$60k range plus commissions, a total rewards program, and opportunities for professional growth; the environment emphasizes autonomy, inclusivity, and community engagement.
