You will establish and grow a profitable commercial insurance portfolio by prospecting, networking, and leveraging referral relationships, while delivering tailored risk management solutions and maintaining client trust as a visible representative of Co-operators. The role emphasizes autonomy, ongoing licensing/education, and a client-first, advisory approach within a flexible, remote-friendly work model; background checks are required.
