Job Summary
Commercial Insurance Advisor on our Independent Business Unit Service team builds trusted relationships with small business clients, provides front-line commercial insurance sales and customer service, conducts needs assessments, quotes and writes new policies, processes renewals, and collaborates with underwriters and adjusters to ensure solutions meet client needs. The role emphasizes proactive client care, inbound/outbound communications, and ongoing account management to retain and grow a commercial book of business; requires customer-focused service, ability to handle multiple priorities, and effective verbal/written communication. Licensing and industry-designation experience are assets; the position supports a collaborative, sales-oriented environment with opportunities for growth and rewards.
Required Qualifications
- AIC General Insurance Licence Level 1 is required (or willingness to obtain it)
- Strong customer service, sales, and/or call center experience.
