Job Summary
Assist producers and marketers with all aspects of servicing commercial accounts by meeting existing client needs and processing documentation including certificates of insurance, cover notes, renewals, proposals, endorsements, in-house policies, invoicing, finance contracts, and customer correspondence. Review and ensure accuracy of policy documentation from insurers before forwarding to the client, contact clients for renewal information, and take calls to answer questions regarding coverages. Accept and process online quotes, negotiate with insurers on coverage and price to best meet client needs in conjunction with the producer, and update client information as changes occur. Answer account-related questions and requests from clients, lawyers, and banks, providing policy and coverage information upon request. Complete this work with a Level 2 Insurance License, minimum one year commercial insurance experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Level 2 Insurance License
- Minimum of one year commercial insurance experience as an Insurance Advisor
- Required Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Required Travel: No Travel Required
