Commercial Insurance Account Manager - Real Estate

Account Manager for commercial real estate & development accounts in EPIC’s national practice. Supports Senior Executives in policy administration, coordination of billing and payments, processing applications and endorsements, and other administrative duties. Key duties include managing activity for assigned accounts, schedules of values, creating schedules of insurance and proposals, administering quarterly reporting/invoicing, endorsement processing, client and underwriter communications, setting up renewal policies, maintaining policy records in SAGE, and producing documents such as Acord certificates and loss run reports. Requires strong organization, urgency, customer service focus, and collaboration within a team; proficiency with MS Office is expected; P&C license preferred; real estate experience nice to have. Location is primarily in-office at Greenwood Village, CO with the option to work from home up to five days per month (August fully flexible). Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 base. Educational background: college degree in Insurance or related field preferred but not required.
