Job Summary
Account Manager for Middle Market commercial insurance accounts. Responsibilities include reviewing coverage and limits, developing and maintaining relationships with clients to meet service needs, generating new business from existing accounts and assigned leads, preparing applications for submission to Marketing for new or renewal coverage, creating client proposals based on needs, rates, and coverages, handling transactions (applications, certificates of insurance, invoices, forms), maintaining data accuracy in the agency management system, and supporting collections of premiums. Requires knowledge of commercial lines, a Producers license, and strong organizational and communication abilities; collaborates with Producers to achieve departmental production goals.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in commercial insurance
- Producers license
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
