Job Summary
Commercial Installed Field Supervisor oversees development and supervision of large commercial-installed projects across the region, ensuring clear communication between corporate and field to maintain timely production. Responsibilities include department, program development and implementation, budgeting, training, and ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and company policies. The role requires facility with blueprints, data gathering and reporting, strong communication (oral and written), analytical and problem-solving abilities, and travel to multiple job sites (including potential overnight travel). The position emphasizes guidance to stores and installers to execute projects, ensures subcontractors are certified for product installations, and opportunities for growth within the company.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in commercial construction/project management
- Solid understanding of Job Site Management processes and construction assembly
- Understands and observes all safety procedures and practices
- Solid comprehension of all working aspects of contracts; including changes to build out processes and schedules
- Ability to analyze and provide recommendations to solve problems
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving abilities
- Ability to read and comprehend blueprints
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel to various job sites as needed; may include overnight travel
