Commercial Installed Field Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversees development, implementation and supervision of large commercial-installed projects, ensuring clear communication between corporate and field to keep production accurate and timely. Responsible for department management, program development and implementation, budget development and adherence, training and development for installers/subcontractors, and ensuring safety and quality standards across installed commercial projects. Requires experience in commercial construction/project management, ability to read blueprints, strong analytical and reporting skills, proficiency with MS Office, and willingness to travel to multiple job sites, including overnight travel. Works to provide guidance to stores and installers to execute projects in alignment with company policies and procedures, and collaborates on process improvements and issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in commercial construction/project management
- Solid understanding of Job Site Management processes and construction assembly
- Observes safety procedures and practices
- Understanding of contracts and changes to build out processes and schedules
- Ability to analyze and provide recommendations to solve problems
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Analytical and problem solving abilities
- Ability to read and comprehend blueprints
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel to various job sites as needed; may include overnight travel
