Job Summary
Install, repair, and modify commercial plumbing systems, piping, fixtures, valves, fittings, and related equipment by reading project plans, drawings, and specifications. Troubleshoot mechanical issues during installation while performing work safely and efficiently in accordance with applicable standards. Coordinate with team members, project leads, and other trades to keep projects moving forward, representing the company professionally at commercial job sites and customer facilities. Complete job documentation, updates, and communication accurately using digital tools like an iPad. Work independently in the field while maintaining strong communication with the team and assisting less experienced technicians when needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of commercial plumbing installation experience
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Comfort using an iPad, email, and other digital tools for documentation and communication
- Reliable work ethic and commitment to completing work correctly the first time
Desired Qualifications
- Journeyman or Master Plumbing License
- Technical school training or an associate degree
- Prior experience working on commercial construction, retrofit, or mechanical installation projects
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach to customer-facing work
