Answer inbound calls from new and existing customers seeking commercial insurance solutions. Gather key information to craft tailored proposals that meet unique client needs. Manage high call volumes while balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced sales environment. Qualified candidates must reside within 50 miles of the Plano, TX office and be available for hybrid shifts between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm CST, including three mandatory office days per week. First-year total compensation ranges from $58,000 to $65,000, comprising a $45,000 base salary plus uncapped monthly sales incentives. Comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and 401K, start on Day 1.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, sales, or insurance
- High school diploma
- Ability to obtain required resident and non-resident insurance licenses
- Availability to work during Licensed Sales Center operating hours
- Qualified applicants will reside within 50 miles of our Plano, TX office
- Qualified candidates are available to work within these operating hours
- Qualified candidates will also be available to work three days per week, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in office
- Attendance is mandatory during the first four months
