Job Summary
Answer inbound calls from new and existing customers, gathering key information to craft tailored commercial insurance proposals. Manage high call volumes while balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Spend significant time on the phone delivering exceptional service to agents seeking insurance solutions. Qualified candidates must reside within 50 miles of our Plano, TX office and be available for shifts between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm CST. You will work three days in-office (Tuesday through Thursday) with remote or office options for the remaining days. Comprehensive training begins in September 2026, including mandatory attendance during the first four months.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, sales, or insurance
- High school diploma
- Ability to obtain required resident and non-resident insurance licenses
- Availability to work during Licensed Sales Center operating hours
- Qualified applicants will reside within 50 miles of our Plano, TX office
- Qualified candidates are available to work within these operating hours
- Qualified candidates will also be available to work three days per week, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in office
- Attendance is mandatory during the first four months
