Job Summary
Conduct inbound sales calls for new and existing customers to gather information and craft tailored insurance proposals. Manage high call volumes while balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Work three days per week in the Plano, TX office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remaining days flexible for remote or office work. Complete mandatory paid training during the first four months, including licensed sales center orientation. Earn a base salary of $45,000 plus uncapped monthly sales incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, sales, or insurance
- High school diploma
- Ability to obtain required resident and non-resident insurance licenses
- Availability to work during Licensed Sales Center operating hours
- Qualified candidates will reside within 50 miles of our Plano, TX office
- Qualified candidates are available to work within these operating hours
- Qualified candidates will also be available to work three days per week, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in office
- Attendance is mandatory during the first four months
