Job Summary
Inside Account Executive conducts cold calling and prospecting to identify potential customers, nurtures relationships within assigned books of business, assists customers in selecting, deploying, and managing IT environments, quotes and places orders, grows existing active buying accounts, and collaborates with SHI internal resources to resolve inquiries and offer solutions. Demonstrates strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills with a consultative sales approach; proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools such as AX and Sales Center is preferred. Travel up to 10% may be required. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience and 2-3 years of sales experience are required.
