Job Summary

Install and service large-scale reverse osmosis systems, softeners, and chemical injection equipment at commercial, industrial, and manufacturing sites. Troubleshoot technical issues, sanitize systems, change filters, and log data while adhering to strict safety protocols and lock-out-tag-out procedures. Diagnose equipment failures, write reports on water quality, and train customers on product maintenance. Operate service vehicles daily, load and secure cargo, and communicate effectively with clients to explain installation processes and answer questions. Maintain accurate records of troubleshooting steps including photographs.

Required Qualifications

  • in-depth commercial plumbing, reverse osmosis, and water softener installation experience
  • Industrial equipment including ultraviolet lights, softeners and chemical injection
  • Must be able to work at a professional level with clients in the commercial and industrial level of manufacturing
  • Must be able to write reports on equipment and water quality
  • Must maintain a valid Driver's License
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Must be able to successfully pass, and maintain, an acceptable driving record check
  • Must be able to safely operate a commercial vehicle daily for approximately 8-10 hours
  • Must be able to successfully pass criminal background check and drug screening checks
  • Must remain physically capable, with or without reasonable accommodation, of performing the duties required of this position
  • Must be able to lift heavy equipment up to 100lbs regularly
  • Must be comfortable plumbing in new and old equipment
  • Must be comfortable changing out pumps, switches, and meters
  • Must be comfortable sanitizing systems
  • Must be comfortable changing filters
  • Must be comfortable logging data
  • Must be comfortable auditing safety protocols
  • Must be comfortable writing reports on equipment and water quality
  • Must be comfortable managing their time

Desired Qualifications

  • strong mechanical aptitude
  • the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose our systems following training
  • Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical and the ability to read schematics and P&ID's will be extremely useful in this role
  • in-depth knowledge of large Reverse Osmosis and industrial equipment including Ultraviolet lights, softeners, and chemical injection
  • Food safety and Lock-out-tag out of equipment will be practiced daily
  • This position will be putting maintenance contracts together and help support equipment sales
  • The ideal candidate for this role will be highly customer oriented, comfortable managing their time and solving problems, and committed to following SOP's
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and basic power tools is of the utmost important in this position
