Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and calibrate commercial HVACR systems while maintaining a stocked van and sharp tools. Work independently or as part of a team to deliver quality service and integrity, managing customer interactions and support staff communications. Maintain reliability for night shifts, weekends, and on-call emergencies, ensuring all safety procedures are followed. Lift and carry up to 75 lbs, navigate extreme temperatures and tight spaces, and work at heights up to 45 feet. Earn up to $45 an hour with door-to-door dispatch from home.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to follow all applicable safety procedures
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years in commercial HVAC — refrigeration experience
- Universal EPA certification
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and heating principles
- Proficiency in reading schematics and work plans
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic technology skills — ability to navigate mobile apps and documentation with ease
