Job Summary
Oversee daily area operations and manage a team of Supervisors and Service Technicians to ensure Helios meets customer needs within required SLAs. Lead team communication, assess training needs by selecting appropriate programs, and participate in hiring, training, and coaching field staff. Maintain stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in vehicles while providing the highest level of professionalism and integrity to customers. This role requires 5+ years of HVAC field experience, Universal EPA certification, and a valid driver's license. Base pay ranges from $95,000 to $105,000 annually, with benefits including health coverage starting day one, 401K matching, generous PTO, and a company vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of HVAC field experience
- Previous experience in service management roles
- Universal EPA certification
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge with advance principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills for iPad/cell phone communication and documentation
