Job Summary
Service and install commercial HVAC systems, including VRF, ductless units, and 10-50 ton RTUs. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical failures, and execute split system retrofits. Route, support, and solder condensate drains using press fittings. Maintain optimal equipment performance through diagnostic and repair work on heating, ventilation, and refrigeration systems. This permanent, full-time role requires a clean FL driver's license and drug-free status. Weekly direct deposit and mobile service reports streamline operations.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems

- Proven experience as a commercial HVAC Service and Installation Technician role in the heating and cooling industry
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose, repair, and install HVAC systems effectively
- Ability to perform property maintenance tasks related to HVAC installations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
Desired Qualifications
