Job Summary
Coordinate with team leaders and customers to forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize on-site installation and repairs for commercial HVAC systems. Diagnose and repair equipment at customer locations using blueprints and cutting-edge software while representing the company and ensuring customer satisfaction. Utilize hand tools and air conditioning theory to commission, troubleshoot, and start up systems in healthcare, manufacturing, education, and office complexes. Maintain flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays while enforcing safety standards and recording asset conditions. Requires a valid driver's license, EPA certification, and 3-5 years of HVAC experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 plus years of experience in HVAC
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software
- Working proficiency with hand held computer (i.e. Smartphone, iPad)
- Valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months
- No major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years
- EPA Certification
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as the business requires
- Ability to include occasional overnight stays
