Job Summary
Service and maintain commercial heating and air conditioning equipment for clients in Clearwater, Brandon, and Land O' Lakes, FL. Diagnose, repair, and replace systems to ensure optimal performance, including upgrades and routine maintenance. Complete accurate diagnostics and apply strong problem-solving skills to fix problems efficiently. Participate in an on-call rotation schedule while utilizing a fully stocked company vehicle and tool reimbursement program. Earn up to $200,000 annually with a sign-on bonus for experienced technicians.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of heating and air conditioning experience
- Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial systems and equipment
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Availability to participate in an on-call rotation schedule
- Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience
- NATE certification
- "Service MVP" experience
