Job Summary
Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment while complying with EPA Section 608, OSHA, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Maintain all required trade licenses and certifications, including a valid Connecticut OE2 or S2 license, and follow all safety policies using proper PPE. Provide professional customer service while maintaining a clean and professional appearance. Work overtime and weekends as needed and perform other related duties assigned. This direct hire position in the Hartford, CT area offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, life, disability, and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- Valid Connecticut OE2 or S2 license
- Extensive experience servicing commercial HVAC systems
- Clean driving record
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders and stairs, bend, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly (heavier lifting occasionally)
- Ability to work in mechanical rooms and other commercial environments
- Must be able to safely use required PPE and perform work requiring close and distance vision
- Work overtime and weekends as needed
