Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including rooftop units, split systems, and package units. Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment performance, read wiring diagrams and technical manuals, and complete accurate service documentation. Inspect equipment to identify issues, communicate professionally with customers, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation while following all safety policies. Requires previous commercial HVAC experience, EPA certification preferred, and a valid driver's license. Full-time role with consistent hours, overtime opportunities, and a take-home company vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- Previous commercial HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience working on commercial HVAC systems and refrigeration equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Participation in an after-hours on-call rotation
