Job Summary
North America Strategic Account Growth Leader – CCS will formulate strategies with a large team of sales personnel and area sales leaders to drive growth. Responsibilities include creating compelling value propositions for target customers, leading Controls Solutions growth across the NAFS account base, coordinating localized strategies with Area Sales Managers, monitoring active opportunity portfolios, building Executive-Level Dashboards to report program health, driving pipelines and orders to meet regional targets, supporting zones with promotional activities and customer education, providing technical support and solution up-skilling for the sales team, meeting potential customers with local teams to identify needs, updating monthly performance and GTM activity summaries, and promoting cross-regional best practices. The role requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, travel willingness, and a track record in growth initiatives within the HVAC industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years HVAC experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years HVAC experience in lieu of education
- Preferred Qualifications: Mechanical Engineering or HVAC related discipline
- Track record leading Growth initiatives
- Related direct sales or accounts/sales management experience
- Ability to lead and work in cross-functional environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to travel internationally for extended trips
- Experience with program management and a proven record as an effective leader / influencer
