Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and service commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, and refrigeration equipment. Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections while troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues. Communicate professionally with customers and internal team members, then complete accurate service reports and required documentation. Deliver quality workmanship while maintaining safety and efficiency on every job. Maintain a valid driver's license and work independently in the field, including on rooftops and in confined spaces. Requires EPA Certification, three years of HVAC experience, and strong troubleshooting skills. Full-time, year-round employment with health benefits, paid time off, and ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification
- Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience servicing commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, split systems, and refrigeration equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Comfortable working on rooftops and in confined or tight spaces
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to complete service documentation accurately
