Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and related controls; read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics, perform preventative maintenance, and provide repair estimates using ServiceTitan. Communicate findings to customers and management, ensure safety and compliance with codes, and maintain service records. Must be able to troubleshoot electrical/control issues, lift up to 50 pounds, and work on rooftops/mechanical rooms; requires EPA Universal Certification and TDLR certification, a valid driver’s license, and basic hand tools. On-call rotation participation expected. Located in North Richland Hills, TX.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
- Must own basic hand tools
- HVAC Technician Registration or Certification from TDLR
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on rooftops or mechanical rooms
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Professional attitude and good customer communication
