Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Job Summary
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, diagnose mechanical issues, and recommend appropriate repairs. Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC equipment and components while conducting preventative tasks like filter changes and coil cleaning. Complete all work orders with accurate documentation and maintain inventory of tools in service vehicles. Clearly communicate with dispatch throughout the day. This role requires a minimum of three years' HVAC experience, an EPA 608 certification, and the ability to lift 50 lbs overhead and work at heights. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in all aspects of HVAC
- Experience in commercial service
- Possess a set of basic hand tools
- EPA 608 Certification
- Hardworking, dependable, and positive attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Clean driving record
- Criminal record
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. overhead
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to work at heights (e.g., rooftops)
