Job Summary
Coordinate with support managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layouts, equipment manuals, and forecasting issues. Perform detailed startups and service on millions of dollars of HVAC equipment including air handlers, chillers, boilers, and rooftop units across Montana and Wyoming. Represent the company as a direct customer contact by diagnosing, analyzing, and repairing systems to ensure operational correctness and long-term relationships. Independently manage daily business needs by identifying parts, filing startup paperwork, and generating invoices using electronic scheduling and QuickBooks. Complete factory training and certification for current and future manufacturers while maintaining a clean driving record and working in diverse field conditions.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in HVAC service
- aptitude to understand mechanical HVAC systems and controls

- Advanced skill level performing Electrical inspections, startups, repairs and service contract maintenance
- Ability to work in diverse conditions including but not limited to mechanical equipment rooms with exposure to noisy operating equipment, exposure to extreme weather conditions, risk of electrical shock (high voltage), climbing/working at elevated heights, etc.
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software
- working proficiency with hand held computer (i.e. Smartphone, iPad)
- Must be a self-starter

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
- Must be available for travel throughout the states of Montana and Wyoming
