Job Summary
As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician Level 2, you will service, maintain, and repair various commercial HVAC systems, including DX equipment, water-cooled AC units, gas-fired and electric heating systems, and DDC control systems. The role requires broad knowledge of larger commercial HVAC equipment, understanding of single and three-phase electrical systems, and adherence to safety protocols. Candidates must possess a Universal Refrigerant Card, Gas Fitters Card, and have a minimum of three years of commercial HVAC experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a high school or trade school graduate or have a GED
- Must hold a Universal Refrigerant Card and Gas Fitters Card (Type I and Universal)
- Must have at least three years of commercial experience
Additional Requirements
- Must have the ability to travel to job sites and occasionally have overnight stays
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driver qualification policy
