Job Summary
Commercial HVAC Service Technician responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of commercial HVAC systems in the Dallas market, including rooftop units, split systems, heat pumps, and package units; duties include preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, reading wiring diagrams and blueprints, documenting service work, communicating recommendations to customers, maintaining company tools and vehicle, and participating in on-call rotations. Desired skills include troubleshooting, reading electrical schematics, BAS/controls experience, NATE/EPA certifications, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently; EPA Universal Certification required, valid driver’s license, and 3+ years of experience preferred. The role is hourly with in-person (on-site) work in Dallas, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and refrigeration principles
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
