Job Summary
Commercial Express HVAC is hiring full-time Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to service complex commercial HVAC systems in Sterling, VA. Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and system issues, servicing equipment such as chillers, RTUs, VAVs, boilers, and controls, documenting service work, and collaborating with experienced technicians. The role emphasizes building long-term careers through structured training, development programs, and opportunities for advancement, with a focus on reliability, professionalism, and operational performance in customer facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Preferred Experience
- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC systems
- EPA Certification
- Valid Driver's License
